O.T Technician/01 UR

Eligbility: Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from any of the 3 (three) Medical College & Hospitals of the State / any other recognized private institutions duly approved by AICTE and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board. Other terms & conditions of Odisha Pharmacist Service(Methods of Recruitment and condition of Service)Rules,2015 notified vide Govt. of Odisha H & F.W Deptt. Notification No. 14481/H dt.30.6. 15 will be followed. 

Consolidated Remuneration: (Pre revised 5200/- G.P.2400) Revised-Rs.9500/- PM 

Mode of selection: Selection of the candidate shall be on merit basis on career assessment as per Odisha Pharmacist Service (Methods of Recruitment and condition of Service)Rules, 2015

About Acharya Harihar Regional Cancer Centre

In early fifties, the combined Radiology department of SCB Medical College, Cuttack started treating cancer using deep X-ray therapy and radium application. In 1962, a full fledged Radiotherapy department with 100 beds was started. Thereafter in 1967, it was designated as the Cancer Wing of SCB Medical College, Cuttack and a Theratron-Jr telecobalt unit was installed under the Colombo-plan. During 1971-73 another telecobalt unit Eldorado-6 was added to the treatment armamentarium.
