Project Title  :  ‘Development of Energy Efficient and Environment Protective Aquaculture Technologies for Degraded Soils’

Qualification :  10th Pass; Fluency in Hindi / English.

Desirable Skills : 1. Working knowledge in MS office 2. Maintaining lab equipment 3. Photography/videography/video editing / graphic designing 4. Driving office/ Utility vehicle

Emoluments :  Rs.18,000/ - consolidated pay

Age Limit :  Maximum age limit is 35/40 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC).

About Central Institute of Fisheries Education

The Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai was established in the year 1961, under the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India. The Administrative control of this Institute was transferred to ICAR in 1979. Subsequently, the scope and mandate have been widened to include education, research and extension. Recognising the pivotal role played by the Institute in Human Resources Development in fisheries, the Institute was accorded the status of Deemed-to-be- University in March, 1989
