Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduation degree mandatory
  • Experience - 1 or 1+ Year BPO (Backend /Email)

Job Responsibilities :

This is a premium email process for enterprise business of telecom company (Customer Service)

  • Connecting and resolving clients over the emails and Chat.
  • Mandatory Languages- English, Hindi/Marathi
  • Candidate should have good spoken and written English language skills
  • Work will either from office or from home so candidate should be flexible for bot
  • Post joining system/PC will be provided- If work from Home ( Within Pune)
  • Strong internet connectivity (Broadband /Dongle)
  • Outside Pune, candidates need to manage above assets by self.

Shift Timings - Rotational Shifts ( Morning 8 am to 9 pm night) || 6 days Working and  1 Week Rotational Off

Salary - 16 K CTC (13,200/- in Hand)
