* IT/ITes Hiring ,Bulk Hiring, Using portals
* Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
* Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references
* Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions
* Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
* Creating & maintaining Data base.
* Develop and execute recruiting plans.
* Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.

* Good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Should be able to handle pressure of hiring.
* Good Team Player
* Enthusiastic
* Should be able to meet deadlines
* Academics should be good (MBA preferred).
