Project Title  :  “Prevalence, risk factors and laboratory diagnosis of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease: a multicentre study”

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  :  M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or allied subjects with NET Qualification.

Desirable :  M.Sc in Microbiology or Experience in the area of Tuberculosis related diagnostic and research work

Emoluments :  Rs.31,000 + 24 % HRA per month

Age Limit :  30 Years

Data Entry Operator

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  :   Bachelor’s  degree  in  any  field  and  diploma  in  computer applications.

Desirable :  Experienced  in  data  entry  and  management  of  scientific research project with typing speed of 40 words per minute

Emoluments : Rs.18,000/- per month (consolidated)

Age Limit :  28 Years

Laboratory Attendant

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  :   12th or intermediate pass in Science subjects

Desirable : Diploma in relevant field such as Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and Experience in laboratory work in biological science project

Emoluments : Rs.15,800/- per month (consolidated)

Age Limit :  28 Years

About Jamia Hamdard

The history of Jamia Hamdard begins with the establishment of a small Unani clinic in the year 1906 by Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed, one of the well-known practitioners of Unani System of Medicine of his time. Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed had a vision of making the practice of Unani Medicine into a scientific discipline so that Unani medicines could be dispensed in a more efficacious manner to patients. He gave the name 'Hamdard' to his venture which means 'sympathy for all and sharing of pain'
