How To Apply For Driver job Position in West Bengal Police 

The application should be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Sndarban Police District. The application form to be collected from M.T Section Lot No. 8 on any working day from 10:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs. and to be submitted in to the Drop Box at M.T Section, Superintendent of Police Sundarban Police District, Lot No.8, Kakdwip Pin- 743347. The following documents to be attached with the application. (1) Copy of certificate/mark sheet of educational qualification, (2) Copy of birth certificate/age proof Certificate, (3) Copy of valid driving license, (4) Copy of document as a proof for residential address, (5) Copy of certificate in respect of working experience, (6) Extra curricular certificate regarding motor repairing or others, if any (optional),(7) 03 (Three) copy passport size colour photograph. The candidate shall come to the office of the Superintendent of Police. Sundarban Police District with the original copy of the above mentioned documents at the time of interview. Last date of submission of application:- 15.08.2019 by 17:00 hrs. After screening of the applications, the eligible candidates will be called for driving test, medical test etc. 

About Indian Police

Bhabani Prasad Bhattacharya was born in Joydebpur, Dhaka. He Joined revolutionary organization in his student life. He went to Darjeeling in 1934 along with two other activists with the objective of assassinating the notorious Governor Anderson. They fired on Anderson in Lebong Race ground on  August 5, 1934. The shots misfired and all three were arrested. In the trial, one of the associates was released scot free for confessing his guilt, the second one was imprisoned and Bhabani Prasad was awarded capital punishment. He was hanged in Rajshahi Central jail on February 3, 1935. History will always remember him as a great patriot.
