Job Description:

  • Complaint Management.
  • Solving Customer queries.
  • Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
  • Maintaining quality standards.
  • Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
  • Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
  • Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
  • Good command in verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
  • Shifts – 24*7 (Rotational shifts)
  • Working days – 5 days
