>Handling calls and resolving the technical queries of the clients
>Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
>Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
>Provide World Class Customer Service.

>Good knowledge in trouble shooting of hardwares, networking and ISP support.
>Good reasoning and analytical skills
>Able to communicate fluently in the language required for transaction
