Project Title : Design & Development of Ultra-Wideband Multi-Octave Gallium Nitride Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) based Power Amplifier.  

Qualification : M.E/M Tech. in Electronics & Communication or equivalent with CGPA above 7.0 (on 10.0 scale) or percentage greater than 70% aggregate The candidate with exposure and interest in Radio frequency circuit design as well as Analog Electronics Design will be given preference. 

No of Post : 01

Emoluments: Rs.25000

Duration : 3 years up to Project Duration.
