Project entitled: “Numerical simulation of aerodynamics of flapping wings”

Essential Qualifications: The applicant must meet atleast one of the following 2 criteria.

i. Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with exceptionally good academic record with a
minimum CGPA of 7.0 on a 10.0 point scale (or 65% marks) + good GATE score.

ii. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with exceptionally good academic record with a
minimum CGPA of 7.0 on a 10.0 point scale (or 65% marks) + good GATE score

Desirable Qualities: Very good knowledge of the subject of Fluid Mechanics. Good knowledge of numerical tools (such as MATLAB or Fortran etc). Good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to do multi-task, effectively.

No.of Positions: 1 

Duration: Initially for a period of 1 year. May be extended further, based on performance.

Emoluments: As per ARDB rules.
