Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF Molecular Biology) to work in the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) research project under the supervision of Dr. V. Balachandar, Assistant Professor, Department of Human Genetics and Molecular Biology, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046. 

Name of the project : Screening of Novel marker Chromosome, Gene expression and Mitochondrial DNA copy number variation in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Individuals in Tamil Nadu Population 

No.of Post: 1

Qualifications : 1) First class in M.Sc/ M.Phil/PhD in Human Genetics and Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ Genetics/ Microbiology equivalent

2) Candidates with CSIR-NET/SLET/GATE can also apply.

3) Candidates who have publication in SCI indexing journals are encouraged to apply.

Salary : As per DST norms, fellowship is Rs. 16,000/ PM + HRA and MA (for PG qualification) Rs.31,000/- PM + HRA and MA (for NET/GATE cleared candidates)
