Graduate Library Trainee recruitment in the Resource of Centre of NITTTR, Chennai 2018


Educational qualification:
PG degree in Library & Information Science (LIS) from any recognized University, with a minimum of 55% marks.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of data processing is desirable.

Age Limit
: Upper age limit is 25 years for UR, 28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC/ST candidates.

Number of Trainees: 1 

Method of selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The Institute reserves the right to select or not to select the candidates for training programme advertised and mere fulfilment of qualifications laid down does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. 

Stipend:  Rs.10000

Duration:The training period will strictly for a period of one year

The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chennai was established as an autonomous Institute by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in the year 1964 to improve the quality of Engineering Education system in India and in the Southern Region in particular. Within this mandate, the institute takes initiatives to offer need based Human Resource Development programmes through appropriate modes and develop curricula and instructional resources.
