ICRISAT seeks applications from dynamic Indian Nationals for the post of Office Assistant. The position is based at ICRISAT Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad.
Requirements: Inter /Degree (B.Com) with 3-4 years of experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills; Knowledge in MS-Office.
Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining finance vouchers,Administering weekly meal and conveyance payments,Maintaining petty cash accounts, Dispatch of mails and executing other office enablers. Data entry and GST entry in Sun System,Deposit of cheques and submission of documents at various banks, Coordinate with concerned departments for necessary signatures. Perform routine administrative transactions with external stakeholders like bank, society, etc.
