Job Description:

  • Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best possible solution.
  • Excellent communication skills – English (verbal/written).
  • Internal team coordination over email/call.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Handle the merchant escalations interactively

Skills Required:

  • Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
  • Organized and Methodical to proactively follow up with merchants as committed.
  • Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.
  • Target and deadline driven & Self-Motivated.
  • MS Excel knowledge is a must
