Project Coordinator Job vacancies in National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences 

UNICEF funded project entitled: “Initiating Community-Based Psychosocial & Protection Services for Early Childhood Care & Development”

Desirable Qualification :Bachelors Degree(or higher) in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Education, BAMS(Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery).

Qualifications and Skills: Extensive field experience (and strong motivation) in directly working with children in the areas of mental health/education/ welfare (preferably 5 years).  

Specialized skills working with pre-school children/children in difficult circumstances. Strong skills and experience working with government (and other) systems in program implementation and policy development. 

Experience in program development, management and administration. Strong training/ teaching/ mentorship experience in child-related issues. Spoken English/ Kannada; strong writing and documentation skills (proof of writing skills to be brought at time of interview).  

Dynamic and flexible with the ability to take new initiatives and respond quickly to changing situations and new needs. 

Desirable Qualification: Bachelors Degree(or higher) in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Education, BAMS(Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery).
