Project Officer – Chemistry recruitment at CACR, SRMIST, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu

Essential qualifications: MSc (Chemistry/Material chemistry/); or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5 grade points on a scale of 10) in masters’ degree. Higher qualification such as PhD is preferable Candidates with experience are welcome.

Additional Requirement: The applicants should study the activities / Publications / Projects etc., of the CACR from SRM Website. This would give the applicant a general picture of topics of works being carried out. It is expected that the project officer would contribute by displaying leadership qualities with ability to pick up new areas of R&D use effectively the modern & traditional / analytical tools / equipments such as XRD, SEM, EDAX, XRF, FTIR,TGA / DTA, XPS, NMR, Raman spectroscopy, AAS, UVS, etc.

Age limit: 35 years

Salary: As per SRM IST Norms, according to qualification and experience.
