Eligibility :

• Students from 2018/ 2019 BE / B.Tech (CSE/IS/IT,ECE) batches.
• 0-3 years’ experience in software industry

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the local subsidiaries with the setup of new customer’s onboarding on Cloud.
• Setup of Portals to onboard the customers on PyraCloud, Microsoft, and ONEClub.
• Creation of contracts in ERP system
• Mirroring of newly activated Contracts in the ERP system.
• Data Management to reflect actual performance and price levels.
• Assist with changes on the customer portal.
• Clean up and standardization of contract cards across the region, according to program rules and status.
• Download of explore.ms data that will enable the business to analyze performance and act on opportunities.
• Assist in the sharing of the above data on the regional SharePoint Portals.
• Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
• Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
• Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
• Automate bulk and repetitive tasks
