Job Description & Skills:

  • Experience in International Voice or Customer Support with excellent communication Skill
  • Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
  • If Not relevant skills – people with international customer service can also be considered,provided they are excellent in their communication, quick in grasping the process knowledge
  • Functional knowledge of CRM Solution, MS Excel, Domain knowledge of US Customer service, Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
  • Good understanding of workflow/exceptions & deviations
  • Should be able to follow diverse work instructions &
  • Ability to adopt frequent changes in work flow
  • Managing task within the agreed TAT & Quality %
  • Communicate client team over chat & calls at situations
  • Able to take action in case of unforeseen risks as an SME


Salary:INR 30000 Per Month
