Job Description :
To act as the primary interface between the client operations and the Program Office for all matters related to the service delivery and operational requirements.
Responsible for service delivery for the customer in line with the agreed statement of work (SoW) and service levels (SLAs), as per the contract.
Responsible for quality objectives on the project and drive quality initiatives to meet /exceed the service levels.
Responsible for identifying, implementing and review of service improvement initiatives. Drive productivity improvements as per plan and control cost of operation.
Responsible for customer satisfaction. Review customer feedback and take corrective action.
Coordinate process development and implementation. - Infuse lessons learned.
Monitor daily / weekly status reports of compliance with respect to SLA/s and drive deviations to closure.
Extract and get management attention and support for open issues.
Responsible for internal Service Delivery reviews, reports, and other measures to monitor service delivery.
Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for business automation.
Focus on product and services deliverables including revenue generation.
Managing stakeholders and their IT requirement by providing appropriate solutions and alternative solutions.
Working closely with technical teams and follow up on pending task and new requirements.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities.
Sharing updates in form of accomplishments and up comings on owned tasks and responsibilities in timely manner.
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 years of Relevant experience in the desired Role.
Experienced service delivery manager responsible for the management of all aspects of ongoing operations and support for our IT solutions.
This role requires a combination of management, commercial, technical and project management skills.
Must have adequate ITIL knowledge in Helpdesk management systems, Microsoft office and other software, which is required for the job.
Ability to work cross functionally in an organization.
Proactive, organized and responsible towards work.
Strong communication skills must be able to communicate effectively with the stakeholders, technical staff and executives.
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Diploma in Information Technology.
ITIL, Project Management preferred.
