What You’ll Do

As a Trainee, you’ll be configuring and testing our proprietary Total Benefit Administration system. You’ll work with internal tools to set up and define client-specific rules, supporting the seamless delivery of customized HR services.

What You Need to Bring

Technical Skills

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good knowledge of SQL (simple & complex queries)
• Basics of Manual Testing and System Testing
• Familiarity with software QA best practices
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, DB2)

 Communication & Teamwork

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Clear understanding of goals and responsibilities

 Selection Process

• GATE Assessment – Logical Reasoning Test
• HR Round – Via MS Teams (for shortlisted candidates)
• Managerial Interview – At office location

 Documents Required (Mandatory)

• Government ID Proof (PAN + Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport)
• University Provisional Certificate + All Semester Mark Sheets
• COVID Vaccination Certificate (2 doses)
