The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) conducted the Laboratory Assistant (NCA - PH) examination on 17th January 2015 to fill vacancies in the Higher Secondary Education Department under the NCA (No Candidate Available) reservation for the Physically Handicapped (PH) category.
